Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using CASH EASE. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.
By downloading, registering, or using the CASH EASE mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and registered account holders.
To use CASH EASE services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident or citizen of a supported country, not previously banned from our platform, and capable of entering into binding agreements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
CASH EASE provides loan facilitation, investment management, international money transfer, and digital banking services. All financial products are subject to separate product-specific agreements. Approval for financial products is not guaranteed and is subject to creditworthiness assessment and regulatory requirements.
Loan interest rates, fees, and terms are disclosed before application approval. By accepting a loan, you agree to repay the principal and all applicable interest and fees on the agreed schedule. Default may result in penalties, negative credit reporting, and collection actions. All loan applications are processed through our mobile application.
All investments carry risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Returns shown are historical averages and not guaranteed. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. CASH EASE is not liable for investment losses resulting from market fluctuations. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
Our fee schedule is available in the app and on our website. We reserve the right to update fees with 30 days notice. Transaction fees are charged per the schedule applicable at the time of the transaction. Annual card fees, loan processing fees, and transfer fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
You must not use our services for money laundering or terrorist financing; fraud or identity theft; illegal gambling; transactions involving sanctioned parties; any activity that violates applicable laws; or attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
CASH EASE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses due to force majeure, including natural disasters, cyber attacks, or regulatory changes.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or inactivity for more than 2 years. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of outstanding balances.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New York. International users may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.
